Project Atlas was the conversion of a recently constructed cold shell warehouse repositioned into a state-of-the-art viral vector manufacturing facility.  DECCO was called in by DPR Construction to serve as the mechanical contractor for the project. The project consisted of building out a manufacturing cleanroom space, lab and support space, clean warehouse, office, and utility space.
