We believe the merit shop movement is a movement for the betterment of the individual, the construction industry, and the nation. We will defend the system of free enterprise where employees and employers have a shared concern for the general welfare of the employee and the organization.

We support our employees’ aspirations with a federally-approved apprentice program that has produced national gold-medal winning apprentices in the ABC Craft Olympics. Training is a lifelong commitment and DECCO is proud to operate our Craft Training and Weld School facility in Chelmsford Massachusetts.

In addition, we are proud of our industry leading safety programs that focus on communication, planning, and investment. We are fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters and we go home to our families after every day’s work.
