This team embodies the merit-shop philosophy as they continue to focus on the betterment of individuals, the construction industry and the nation.

Kyle Reagan

Kyle has been with DECCO for more than 25 years and is responsible for setting corporate strategy and direction while providing leadership oversight of all three DECCO Operating Groups. Kyle is past Chairman of ABC Massachusetts and a member of the ABC “Legends” program. He is currently a member of the MA ABC Board of Directors and incoming Chairman for 2021. Kyle also serves as the Chairman of the DECCO Board of Directors.

Don Marsolini graduated from Northeastern University in Boston MA and has been with DECCO for more than five years. He oversees the company’s banking and insurance relationships, as well as the finance department and is a member of the DECCO Board of Directors.

Ed has been with DECCO for more than 19 years and has over 30 years’ experience in the biopharmaceutical industry including large project field installations, prefabrication, and custom skid fabrication. A graduate of UMASS Dartmouth, Ed previously managed DECCO’s Process Solutions group and currently oversees the largest operating group within DECCO.

As a result of his dedication to expanding his skill set, Paul transitioned through the ranks to serve as a Project Lead, to Supervisor, Project Manager and Client Manager for the Small Projects Group prior to being promoted to his current role as Vice President of DECCOFab.   Paul has more than 18 years of expertise focused in fabrication solutions and skid construction.

Dan Daigle

Dan began his career with DECCO 25 years ago as an apprentice pipefitter. Dan has succeeded in multiple roles at DECCO and brings extensive construction execution knowledge and innovative approach to the team. In Dan’s current role, he provides preconstruction planning and project execution support for some of DECCO’s largest and most challenging projects. Dan currently manages DECCO’s Critical Equipment Handling Services and acts as a mentor to DECCO’s growing field leadership group.

Deb Brodeur

Deb joined DECCO in 2006 as a specialist in Human Resources.  She now heads up our Partner Services department as Sr. Director, focusing on legal requirements and government regulations in labor law. Deb coordinates and implements partner/employee benefits and is a key interface between our workforce and benefit providers.  Deb is instrumental in assisting partner/employees in navigating disability benefits and work life balance.  She is also a member of our 401(k) fiduciary team.

Aaron Crowley

Aaron joined the DECCO team in 2021 and most recently has been collaborating with DECCO on numerous projects over the past 20 years.   Aaron is responsible for managing DECCO’s Piping Design Group and provides leadership for our piping designers.  He is a key interface between DECCO’s project work and our pipe fabrication operations.

Edwin joined DECCO in 2020.  Edwin provides leadership and oversight of DECCO’s EH&S program with a focus on pro-active communications and promotion of a safety culture. Edwin has more than 30 years of experience in the management of health and safety programs.  Edwin retains Professional accreditations from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as an SMS (Safety Management Systems) and CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technologist), as well as from the Utility Safety & Ops Leadership Network as a CUSP (Certified Utility Safety Professional).

Caryn joined DECCO as Director of Media and Marketing in 2022. As a key partner of the corporate leadership team, Caryn oversees DECCO’s marketing, branding, and social media strategies to expand and amplify each of the company’s operating units. She retains more than 26 years of marketing, creative design, and communications expertise in the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Caryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology specializing in Graphic Design Management from Central CT State University.

Joe began his career at DECCO 15 years ago as a Welder.  Joe oversees the fleet-based service group and is a key customer contact for emergency services and guidance with project development. Joe serves as Fire Ward on the Board of Fire Wards for the town of New Boston, NH.   Joe retains multiple licenses and certifications including MA Pipefitters License, MA Sheetmetal License, MA Wastewater License and CDL Class B, and OSHA 30-Hour Certification.   Joe is the past recipient of the DECCO Core Value Award of Excellence for demonstrating the company’s core values of partnership.

Debbie joined DECCO in 2013 as Pre-Construction Coordinator supporting estimating, tools and purchasing.  Debbie has more than 35 years of experience supporting the Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC and PVF fields and procurement.  During her tenure Debbie has quickly grasped enough knowledge of the company and was promoted to Purchasing Agent and was instrumental in spearheading several initiatives including transitioning to a paperless procurement process, procured all material for the ultra-fast-track Moderna Covid-19 project.  Debbie has continued to expand DECCO’s Purchasing Group and was promoted to Purchasing Manager in 2021.
