In recognition of that leadership, DECCO is proud to announce Mike Lashua as the recipient of the 2026 Billy Kenyon Frontline Leadership Safety Award.
Established in honor of DECCO Legend Billy Kenyon, the award recognizes frontline leaders who demonstrate exceptional commitment to safety, mentorship, accountability, and care for others. Billy dedicated 35 years to DECCO and left a lasting impact on the company through his leadership and unwavering focus on protecting those around him. His legacy continues to inspire future generations of DECCO Rangers and safety leaders.
Mike was presented with the award by Edwin Jones, Senior Director of Environmental Health & Safety, and Craig Kenyon, DECCO partner and Billy’s son. Their participation made the recognition especially meaningful as DECCO continues the tradition of honoring individuals who embody the values Billy represented throughout his career.
As a Senior Site Manager within DECCOServ, Mike has consistently demonstrated strong safety leadership and a commitment to protecting both employee-partners and clients. His dedication to safe work practices, attention to detail, and leadership in the field have helped strengthen DECCO’s safety culture and reinforce the importance of looking out for one another every day.
