Kyle joined DECCO in 1994 as a Project Engineer working on a steam project at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. During his tenure, he has served in several roles for the company and has played a significant role in the growth and success of DECCO. Kyle oversaw the Special Projects Division, currently recognized as DECCOServ, and eventually took ownership of the company in 2018. His visionary leadership has been instrumental in setting the corporate strategy and direction, while providing leadership oversight for the company’s four Operating Groups - DECCOServ, Construction, DECCOFab, and Critical Equipment Handling. He is a two-time past Chairman of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Massachusetts and a member of their Beam Club and the ABC "Legends" Wall of Fame. A staunch defender of free-enterprise and the Merit Shop philosophy, he continues to actively support both the MA and NH/VT chapters of ABC. He was recognized by the “New Hampshire Business Review” as a Business Excellence Award Winner in 2021 and also named one of the Top 25 CEOs of New Hampshire for 2023 by “Key Executives”.

In 2023, DECCO joined the Comfort Systems USA network and Kyle maintains his role as Chief Executive Officer and DECCO’s Chairman of the Board.

Ed possesses over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with expertise spanning across large project field installations, prefabrication, and custom skid fabrication. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Dartmouth and a Project Management Certificate from Purdue University, Ed has become a valuable team member since joining us in 2001. In his current role, Ed oversees DECCO's four main operating groups and works closely with the executive team to set corporate performance goals and cultivate rising talent within the organization. Ed's standing in the industry is evident through his previous affiliation with ISPE and his previous service as a member of the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT Chapter.

Don graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a B.S. in Accounting, and completed his MBA with a concentration in International Business from Regis University in Colorado. With his exceptional leadership skills and a keen strategic vision, Don is poised to help us deliver on our strategic vision as we explore new horizons afforded to us under the Comfort Systems USA umbrella. Don's journey from Controller to Vice President of Finance and most recently as Chief Financial Officer was instrumental in DECCO's extraordinary growth and development over the past nine years.

Mike joined DECCO in 2021, and his exceptional leadership and vast experience have propelled their Construction group to new heights. With nearly 40 years in the construction industry, including two decades focused on the life sciences market in New England, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm’s largest operating group. An Engineering graduate from Northeastern University, Mike brings invaluable expertise to our largest operating group and he is well-equipped to oversee our construction teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders & Contractors NH/VT Chapter.

Cory began his career with DECCO more than 28 years ago as an apprentice pipefitter/welder in 1996 and has since transitioned and excelled in various leadership roles. Over the years, his dedication to his craft and commitment to safety have made him a trusted and respected leader. He holds an Associates Degree from Central Maine Tech and numerous safety training certifications. With extensive experience in the semiconductor, biotech, specialty chemical, and power industries, Cory has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team serving as Vice President of our DECCOServ Group.

Dan Daigle

Dan began his career with DECCO as an apprentice pipefitter in 1997 and has since succeeded in multiple roles, bringing over 28 years of extensive experience in construction to our team. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Welding & Fabrication from Central Maine Tech. In addition, Dan is a licensed RI journeyman pipefitter, MA unrestricted master pipefitter, and MA journeyman sheet metal worker. Dan provides preconstruction planning and project execution support for DECCO's largest and most challenging projects while mentoring our growing field leadership team. Dan's contribution to DECCO's success is undeniable, and his current role as Vice President of Operations is a testament to his dedication, construction industry knowledge, and hard work. In addition to his responsibilities, Dan oversees the DECCOFab Shop and our Critical Equipment Handling group, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of our client’s sensitive cleanroom equipment.

Chris Oldham joined DECCO’s leadership team in 2025 as Vice President of Planning and Development, where he plays a pivotal role in growing DECCO’s national footprint in areas such as constructability consulting, national service alliances, and process systems validation. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris has built a strong reputation as a leader in project management.

Prior to joining DECCO, Chris served as Executive Vice President at JM Coull and Director of Project Management at DPS/Arcadis. He brings in-depth expertise in VDC design and construction processes, particularly for complex mechanical, electrical, and process systems required in specialized projects. DECCO had the privilege of collaborating with Chris on the Waters Technologies project in Taunton, MA, from 2019 to 2023, where his exceptional leadership and collaborative approach were evident.

In his current role, Chris’s focus on project planning and management continues to drive innovative solutions and strengthen partnerships, supporting DECCO’s mission to expand its services and grow its national footprint.

With a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Deb has been an integral part of our team since 2006. In her current role, she focuses on legal requirements and government regulations in labor law, ensuring that DECCO is compliant with all necessary regulations.

Deb's expertise extends beyond compliance, as she also coordinates and implements employee-partner benefits. She serves as a key interface between our workforce and benefit providers, ensuring that our employee-partners receive the best possible benefits. Additionally, Deb plays an important role in helping our employee-partners navigate disability benefits and work-life balance.

Since joining our team in 2003, Bill has spearheaded our efforts to recruit, train, and develop DECCO’s premier workforce, establishing us as a leading force in the industry. With his extensive experience and expertise, Bill oversees our award-winning Craft Training and Apprentice Program, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. As a Certified Welding Inspector (AWS CWI) and ASNT Level II Inspector, Bill brings a wealth of technical knowledge to our team. In addition to his outstanding work at DECCO, Bill is also a Veteran of the United States Navy and began his career as a welder, progressing through the ranks working in various disciplines of the trades. He is a contributing member of the ASME Bioprocessing Equipment, Material Joining MJ, and General Requirements GR Subcommittees, and is an industry advocate promoting careers in the trades throughout New England. Bill's dedication to the industry is further reflected in his involvement with the Advisory Board for Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, as well as his role as twice past chair and current member of the Board of Directors for the Gould Construction Institute.

Aaron serves as a key interface between our project work and pipe fabrication operations. With over 34 years of experience in the industry, Aaron has been collaborating with DECCO for more than 20 years on numerous projects while working at a large engineering firm from 2000 to 2010. As an independent contractor from 2010 to 2021, he provided design work directly to DECCO, and in 2021 he officially joined our team. As a member of ISPE, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team that will undoubtedly help us continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. We are thrilled to have Aaron on board and look forward to his contributions to our team.

Edwin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization with over 30+ years of experience inleading managing health and safety programs. As Senior Director of our EH&S program since 2020, he is responsible for leveraging and improving the effectiveness of DECCO’s safety management system, as we continually identify, assess and mitigate safety risks and threats inherent in our business. He focuses on proactive communications and promoting a safety culture in the workplace. His commitment to DECCO’s core values and mission was recognized in 2022 when he was awarded the DECCO Core Values Award for Ethics. He holds professional accreditations from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as a Safety Management Specialist (SMS) and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), as well as from the Utility Safety & Ops Leadership Network as a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP). His commitment to safety is further demonstrated by his Certificate Degree from Northeastern University in a comprehensive program of continuing studies in Occupational Health and Safety.

With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Dan's expertise in estimating involves analyzing and interpreting engineering documents to provide a constructability analysis and estimate. He holds an A.S. in Welding Technology and a B.S. in Financial Management, and is also certified in Total Quality Management training. Dan's contributions have been vital to our growth over the years, and we are confident that he will continue to be an invaluable asset to our team.

With a career spanning over 25+ years at DECCO, Jon has held various positions within the company including Laborer, Estimator, Quality Control Technician, and Project Quality Assurance Manager. In his current role as Director of QA/QC, Jon is responsible for ensuring our quality program remains at the forefront of the industry. Jon is also responsible for our weld program and ensuring that we maintain compliance with multiple codes including ASME, BPVC, and the National Board Inspection Code as well as the BPE Standard. He has demonstrated a thorough understanding of high purity piping system quality control and documentation and has managed our biopharmaceutical QA/QC programs and utility projects. Jon's expertise has been invaluable in successfully completing numerous closeout packages in support of client validation efforts. His licenses and certifications include MA Pipefitters License, ASNT-TC-1A Level II, and OSHA 10-Hour Certification, and is a past recipient of the DECCO Core Value Award for Excellence. Jon’s leadership and experience will continue to drive our quality program forward, ensuring that we remain a trusted partner for our clients.

Bill joined the DECCO team in 2009 and plays a crucial role in our corporate leadership team by promoting the four main operating groups of DECCO. With over 20 years of experience in business development across various sectors such as construction, manufacturing, and life sciences, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His primary focus is to increase and maintain visibility with our clients, with a particular emphasis on achieving growth. Bill attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as Suffolk University, where he holds a BS in Business Management, minoring in Geographical Sciences and Engineering. He is an active member of both ISPE and the ISPE Social Committee and is also affiliated with MassBio.

As DECCO’s Procurement Manager, Patrick oversees all purchasing activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials for project sites and negotiating favorable contracts with suppliers to maintain cost-effective operations. Bringing over 14 years of experience in cGMP maintenance management, quality assurance, and GMP documentation, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He is a current member of the ASME BPE and has previously held licenses in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. In his role as Manager of CUSP, Adam oversees the execution of equipment maintenance, facility operations, project management, site-wide maintenance strategies, maintenance program development, as well as high-purity cleaning for pharmaceutical clients throughout New England. His exceptional customer service skills were recognized in 2023 when he received DECCO’s Outstanding Customer Service Award. Additionally, Adam is proficient in regulatory audits and cGMP technical writing, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of quality assurance.

Joe began his career journey with DECCO as a welder/pipefitter in 2000. Currently, he oversees the fleet-based service group, serving as a key customer contact for those requiring emergency services and project development guidance. Outside of DECCO, Joe serves as a Captain and Fire Ward for the Fire Department in New Boston, NH. He holds a variety of licenses and certifications including MA Pipefitters License, MA Sheetmetal License, MA Wastewater License, CDL Class B, and OSHA 30-Hour Certification. In the past, Joe has been recognized as the recipient of the DECCO Core Value Award of Excellence for demonstrating the company’s core values.

Mike has served as DECCO’s Logistics and Fleet Manager since 2017. His leadership abilities and knowledge of logistics and fleet management enable him to effectively oversee our Tool and Equipment Department. Mike attended the University of Southern Maine and has implemented innovative tracking systems to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency. He fosters a collaborative work environment and serves as a mentor to his team.
