We’re excited to share several important updates, promotions, recognitions, and one retirement that reflect the growth, evolution, and dedication of our DECCO team.
Partner Services
Deb Brodeur, who has served as our Senior Director of Partner Services, is transitioning into a reduced role as Manager of Partner Services. Deb has been a valued member of the DECCO team since 2006, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources and a deep commitment to supporting our employee-partners. In her reduced role, she continues to focus on labor law compliance, benefit coordination, disability navigation, and still serves as a key member of our 401k Fiduciary Team. We are incredibly grateful for Deb’s many contributions and are proud to have her continuing with us in this capacity.
We are also pleased to announce that Molly Reagan has been promoted from Manager of Partner Services to Director of Partner Services. Molly’s attention to detail and dedication to our employee-partners have made a significant impact, and we are confident she will continue to thrive in this expanded role. Once Deb fully retires, Molly will fully absorb Deb’s responsibilities and continue to build on her legacy of service.
Marketing
We’re also pleased to share that Caryn Morse, formerly Director of Media & Marketing, has been promoted to Senior Director of Media & Marketing. Caryn has played a critical role in shaping DECCO’s brand, communications, and digital presence. Her vision and creativity continue to elevate our external image and internal culture, and this well-deserved promotion reflects her outstanding contributions.
Recognition
In recognition of external professional achievement, Bill McCarthy was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) Boston Area Chapter. Bill has been with DECCO since 2009 and plays a key role in promoting our main operating groups. With more than 20 years of business development experience across construction, manufacturing, and life sciences, Bill’s appointment is a reflection of his strong reputation in our industry.
Retirement
Lastly, we’d like to recognize Regina Burdick, Staff Accountant, who retired in June. Regina joined DECCO in March 2023 and, during her time with us, brought great professionalism and care to her work in the accounting department. We thank her for her contributions and wish her all the best in retirement.
Please join us in congratulating Deb, Molly, Caryn, and Bill on their new roles and accomplishments—and in celebrating Regina’s well-earned retirement. We are proud of the continued strength of our team and look forward to what the future holds for DECCO.
