We are pleased to announce that Brian Meldrum has been promoted to Vice President of Construction.
Brian has been a valued employee-partner since 2001, most recently serving as a Project Executive within our Construction group. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian has spent the majority of his career in project management, leading complex projects with professionalism, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
In his new role, Brian will oversee DECCO’s Construction operations, providing strategic direction, supporting project execution, and partnering closely with our teams to ensure continued growth, performance, and client success. His extensive industry knowledge and familiarity with DECCO’s culture, clients, and operating standards position him well to lead this group into its next chapter.
As part of our leadership transition, Brian is working closely with Mike DiBacco, who will be retiring later this year, to ensure a smooth and comprehensive handoff. We appreciate Mike’s guidance during this process and are grateful for his continued support.
